If you are having issues logging into your account, please consider the following:

Password Reset

If you are having trouble signing up, please ensure you are 'signing up' rather than 'signing in'. 

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can reset here.

If you have already tried the password reset function and have not recieved the email containing the password reset link within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you have followed the above steps and still cannot login, you may have locked your account. Please send an email to irelandspecialists@tourismireland.com  with your full name and email address. Please give the team 1-3 working days to respond.
